Overall, Al was a very nice guy but I was disappointed with the level of content from my home inspection. A sample report was never provided (even though requested) and the report submitted was an older template and basically told me to get an electrician, plumber, landscaper and heating contractor to look at everything. Although Al did answer all of my questions and more after, my expectations were higher based on our conversation on the phone. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to feel secure and informed after the inspection - instead I was left with more questions.
