Alan was on time for our first appointment. He explained what he proposed to do with my gutters and we set a date for the work to be done. I liked what he had to say and found him to be a very honest man. I will have to rate again once the work is completed. But, so far, I like him very much. Also, the price was within my budget, which is also a plus.
As of September 9, 2009, this job has been completed, very much to my satisfaction. The men doing the work on my gutters arrived on time and did not stop until everything was completed. They were very nice and cleaned everything up before leaving. I was very impressed by their work.

Initial contact was difficult because number provided had no answering machine. Once contact was made, visit was prompt and professional, pricing reasonable. On day of job, had to wait until late afternoon for job scheduled midday. Company did not call to report delay. When crew arrived, job was done quickly and skillfully, with fine materials and with courteous and full response to questions about gutter angles and flow. So: a little shaky getting things started, but very good work, cordial and pleasant crew.
