The first day of installation left me with several problems. The garage door itself was wrong, it had no windows. All of the inside garage openers were mounted in places I did not want them. No light bulbs were brought, and the technician used the ones from our old door motor, but they never worked. I was very displeased. After calling the office the next business day, I was assured that the corrections would be made in a week, due to coming inclement weather due in the interim. A different technician arrived, fixed everything perfectly, and took the time to be sure it was what I wanted. I love the job he did. I love the new door!!

Absolutely fantastic experience with A-1! Steve and Kevin were great and very profressional. They recommended an opener and doors based on what would be the best solution for us, not just what was the most expensive. They were able to schedule very quickly, arrived on time, and completed the job early, despite having to work through the snow/sleet. I would recommend A-1 to anyone considering replacing their garage doors and/or openers. They were great.
